TIMETABLE for applications: From 1 to 8th of June 2026 (both included)  from 9:15 to 13:00 (appointment not necessary).

Applications can be presented telematically in Virtual Secretary of "Consejería de Educación de la Junta de Andalucía" or they can be handed in person in the educative centre If you prefer to do the enrollment in person, you should bring all the application forms completely filled in (you can find the documents in our web), print and sign them.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR THE ENROLLMENT

Required documents:
– Annexed V (Enrollment)
– Annexed II (B4 School Care, Canteen, Extra Curricular Activities)

The deadline to present Annexed II is from 1st to 10th of June 2026, both included. Annexed II can be presented with the Enrollment documents. Remember that the process of Enrollment finishes the 8th of June 2026.
– When Before School Care or Canteen is applied for and Paid Work Activity is marked in Annexed II, you should hand the following documents:
• If working for a public or private enterprise: Certificate of working (timetable included) and certificate of laboral life.
• If autonomous: Documents that prove it and certificate of keeping up with taxes.
– Selection of Religion or Alternative
– License for photos/videos
– License for other people (not father or mother) to pick up pupils from school.
– Personal Data application Form (just if any data have changed)
– Questionnaire of Execution of the Social European Funds

* For new enrollments you should bring:

- 1 photograph

- Copy of the complete family booklet

Anex II is only for those extraescolar activities that are included in "Plan de Apertura" project (a possible bonificacion in the price of the service can be granted); those activities are Robotics and handcraft.

. Hockey, Basketball, Chess and Theatre are not included in this Plan, so they should be requested at schoo in specific application forms (available on this web page) . A timetable for all the activities can be consulted below. A minimum number of ten people is compulsory to take it place.

Application for the bonus for the services of the school should be requested from 1st to 7th of September.

Information of the parents association is included. You can become a member if you'd like.

You should hand all the important documents and information for your children wellbeing, like allergies, medical information, special needs, etc.

The Service of Lunchtime Care will be available in September. Application form will be available at school or at this web site.
