TIMETABLE for applications: From 1 to 8th of June 2022 (both within) from  9:15 to 13:00 (appointment not necessary).

Applications can be presented telematically in Virtual Secretary of "Consejería de Educación de la Junta de Andalucía" or they can be handed in person in the educative centre If you prefer to do the enrollment in person, you should bring all the application forms completely filled in (you can find the documents in our web), print and sign them.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR THE ENROLLMENT

La documentación a aportar es la siguiente:
– Annexed V (Enrollment)
– Annexed II (B4 School Care, Canteen, Extra Curricular Activities)
– When Before School Care or Canteen is applied for and Paid Work Activity is marked in Annexed II, you should hand the following documents:
• If working for a public or private enterprise: Certificate of working (timetable included) and certificate of laboral life.
• If autonomous: Documents that prove it and certificate of keeping up with taxes.
– Questionnaire of Execution of the Social European Funds
– Selection of Religion or Alternative
– License for photos/videos
– License for Complementary Activities
– License for other people (not father or mother) to pick up pupils from school.
– Personal Data application Form (just if any data have changed)
– D.N.I. photocopy father/mother and pupil (if he/she already had it )

License for Complementary Activities is an internal document of our school, it has to be handed signed to the head master or sent by e-mail with digital sign.

In Annexed II the activities included in "Plan de Apertura" can only be applied for: English and Skating. Multisport and Basketball are not included in this plan: so the application form for them has to be signed and handed to the Headmaster or signed electronically and e-mailed to 41018239.edu@juntadeandalucia.es The proposal for the activities timetable can be consulted below. An Extra curricular activity needs at least 10 people enrolled to be carried out.

Application for the bonus for the services of the school should be requested in the first week of September.

Information of the parents association is included. You can become a member if you'd like.

You should hand all the important documents and information for your children wellbeing, like allergies, medical information, special needs, etc.
